Asst. Service Manager/ Project Coordinator – HVAC

Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions, CERS is seeking an experienced HVAC Assistant Service Manager. This candidate will also be a Project Coordinator. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a rapidly growing commercial construction company in the South Florida area. The Assistant Service Manager will report directly to the Division Manager of the HVAC Department. The Ideal Candidate must:

  • Have Dispatch experience
  • Previous experience for a HVAC company
  • Responsible for all service calls
  • Prepare bids and proposals
  • Experience collecting on past due accounts
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Process timesheets and coordinate with Payroll Admin.
  • Responsible for data entry and filing
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (will be tested in word, excel, typing)
  • Oversee entire project to ensure budget, design, and schedule is in accordance
  • Implementation of safety program
  • Adhere to all company policies
  • Must plan, schedule and perform necessary engineering functions
  • Prepare warranties, track and purchase materials, and submit billings
