A commercial property management company is currently seeking a Commercial Lease Administrator on a temporary-to-full-time basis. Position is expected to go FULL-TIME. Duties include: – Drafting of all documents necessary including but not limited to leases, amendments, assignments, etc. – Review and assessment of all financial information received relating to assignments and tenant reduction requests – Management and coordination of all documents with each specific department within the company – Preparation and updating of all reports to ensure each is maintained complete, accurate and at all times updated which shall include but not be limited to: (a) abstracts; (b) rent rolls (c) exclusives; (d) lease expiration reports (e) pylon sign rights (f) sales reports; (g) insurance reports; (h) tenant contacts; (i) assignment – Review of tenant leases and communication and follow up with tenants to make sure all tenant sales, percentage rent, tenant insurance and other information/document that is required by the lease is current and correct and is in each tenant file – Inputting of all necessary lease information into Skyline to ensure proper charges per the lease are generated – Review and confirmation of monthly tenant charges in Skyline and notification to property accountants of whether charges are proper to post – Preparation of rental commencement and/or increase letters to tenants at least 30 days prior to the tenants rent or additional rent changing per the terms of the lease – Coordination of welcome letters to new tenants once lease or assignment document is signed – Assist in the coordination of acquisitions including but not limited to auditing files, tenant estoppels, etc. – Review of operating costs reconciliations (common area maintenance, real estate taxes and insurance), discussions and/or negotiations with tenant(s) and applicable corrections in tenant files to accurately reflect proper charges If interested, please submit your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]

Job Requirements

– 3+ years experience in commercial lease administration – Organized – Able to multi-task – Able to work in a team environment
