Temporary Office Manager
Classification: Office/Administrative Supervisor/Mgr
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of four functions within the Facility Operations Division; office administration, office personnel management, facility bookkeeping, and record retention and organization. Job duties Conduct office responsibilities such as customer service, ordering office supplies, check and invoice preparation Prepare weekly facility bookkeeping packet and supporting reports Process and maintain the facilities accounts payable system Process all new hire paperwork, ensuring all federal, state, and local forms are completed correctly and submit to payroll. Process timecards for the branch workers on a bi-weekly basis for payroll purposes. Complete and report Workers Compensation injuries paperwork. Informs and makes recommendations to the Facility Manager, Regional Office Manager or Controller on pertinent issues as appropriate.
